Upstate Carolina Adaptive Golf
Enhancing Lives Through Golf Therapy Since 2018
What to Expect at an Adaptive Golf Clinic in 2021
The highest priority for Upstate-Carolina Adaptive Golf (UCAG) is the health, safety and well-being of all participants, UCAG staff, UCAG volunteers, as well as everyone at our host facilities that generously offer their golf course for our activities and events. The intent of the following policies and procedures is to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19 by utilizing publicly available guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), but UCAG cannot guarantee a risk-free environment. As a young, energetic, innovative organization, Upstate Carolina Adaptive Golf (UCAG) is already making a difference for individuals in the Upstate South Carolina community who struggle with physical and cognitive disabilities, with a focus on helping the Veteran and special needs communities. UCAG addresses lack of equity in adaptive recreation and enhances lives, improves health and mobility, and provides hope, encouragement, and joy through a therapeutic approach to adaptive golf.
